Opt Up to Gloucester 100% Renewable Energy

If you prefer the Gloucester Premium Local Green option which includes 100% local renewable energy content, please complete the secure online form below. Be sure to use the name and address associated with the account. Your product choice will be changed on the next available meter read. Alternatively, you may contact the program supplier, Direct Energy Services, directly at (866) 968-8065 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday (excluding holidays).  Please have your National Grid account information available when contacting. Be sure to use the name and address associated with the account. Your Eversource bill will reflect the change in supply rate for the product option you selected on your next available meter read date.

Located in the Enrollment Information in the left hand column of your National Grid bill (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account). The code is unlabeled but is listed in capital letters after the Cycle.
Please use Gloucester for the “City” field, instead of villages or neighborhoods.

Please note: If you have a supplier block on your National Grid account the supplier will not be able to enroll you in Gloucester Community Electricity Aggregation. To check if you have a block and/or to remove a block please contact National Grid at (800) 322-3223.
