Please use our Enroll or Change Product form or Opt-Out form or call our electricity supplier, Dynegy, at (866) 220-5696, or by email at DESCustCare@Dynegy.com.

For inquiries regarding tax exemption
Tax-exempt business customers participating in the program must provide a copy of their tax-exemption certificate to the program’s supplier, Dynegy, to maintain tax-exempt status. You can submit your certificate in any of the following ways:
