Leaving Gloucester CEA

If you do not wish to participate in the Gloucester CEA program, please complete the secure online form below or contact the program supplier by phone. There are no penalties or fees associated with opting out.

If you are already enrolled in the Program: Once you have opted out, your supply will revert back to National Grid Basic Service on the next available meter read date for your account. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two months for your opt out to be reflected on your National Grid bill.

If you are not currently enrolled in the Program, and you are submitting this form before the opt out deadline shown on the Customer Notification Letter you received, then the electricity supplier for Gloucester CEA, will remove you from the enrollment list. You will not be enrolled in the program. 

This form is only for leaving the Gloucester program. If you wish to change your product choice within the program, please use the Enroll/Change Product form instead.

Located in the Enrollment Information section in the left hand column of your National Grid bill (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account). The code is unlabeled but is listed in capital letters after the Cycle.
